Our idyllic holiday spot is situated on a sunny plateau above Sautens in the Ötztal in the middle of meadows and forests. The centre of the village is 3 kilometres away and Ötz is about 6 kilometres away.

We offer a small natural pond suitable for swimming (about 800 square metres), a barbecue side, a playground for children and extensive sunbathing lawns.
In the main building you will find a sauna and a solarium (not included in the price) that could be used by all our guests.

In our "Landhaus Anna" we offer our guests a wellness oasis including sauna, whirlpool, as well as different types of showers like double-, steam-, and massage showers.!!

	A special feature is our own stables. Riding in the paddock, riding the terrain, ... are offered for qualified riders for a fee, you will be cared and supported from our girls.

Our holiday idyll is been awarded due to the excellent facilities of the Association of Private and apartment rental in Tyrol with !!
